Welcome to our fine dining restaurant Le Début in Amsterdam! Our hotel management students are here to give you a unique hospitality experience. While enjoying organic and locally produced food you are served by Hotelschool The Hague’s international students, who will always seek for new food combinations within the season. You can either choose from a menu, which is always according to the season, or choose from our à la carte menu. Of course these special dishes are accompanied by corresponding wines.
Le Début Amsterdam is only open during school weeks from Monday to Friday, for dinner from 18.00 – 22.30 hours. Please time your dinner arrival between 18.00 and 18.30 hours.
The menu changes regularly, since we work with seasonal products and since our management students also get the chance to create their own menu.
Whether you feel like having a nice croissant and a cafe latte in the morning, a nice lunch, a bite or a cocktail with a snack in the late afternoon, Les Saveurs is the place to be. Especially when you are in a rush, Les Saveurs offers a broad, healthy assortment ‘to go’ or to enjoy inside.
The modern lay-out, counter service, furniture and the menu: everything here makes you feel like you are in a coffee corner hot spot. We work with the best quality products, when possible organic and we work according a green manifesto. This means we plead to make use of local products as much as possible, such as the sausages from Brandt and Levie. Did you know that we bake our own bread and sell our own ‘roof top’ honey?
Les Saveurs is only open during school weeks form Monday to Friday from 07.00 till 19.00 hrs for breakfast, lunch and cocktail hour.
